Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated Logistics & Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of logistics, contribute to daily operations, and support key projects that impact our efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:

  • Inbound Data Management: Gain hands-on experience by accurately keying in inbound shipping data into our Inbound Tracking System.
  • Sample Collection Coordination: Learn operational coordination by issuing Collection Advice for sample items from SIRIM.
  • Customs Documentation: Assist in the meticulous filing of Customs CS documents.
  • Global Business Support: Provide essential support by furnishing Customs CS and Invoice copies to our Global Business (GB) team upon request, learning about internal stakeholder communication.

Internship Project Focus:

  • Tariff Code Update Project: Contribute to an important data accuracy project by updating the HS Codes of new SKUs into our Tariff code file.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tracking)
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude.

Additional Information

 

  • Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
  • Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
