About the Role

  • Du bist gemeinsam mit deinem Team für die Zollabwicklung bei uns zuständig
  • Du lernst den Umgang mit SAP, die Zollvorschriften und die Ausfuhrbestimmungen, bei der Erstellung unserer Import- und Export-Dokumente (z.B. Lieferscheinen, Importanträgen und Ausfuhrpapieren) kennen
  • Du hilfst bei der monatlichen Meldung von Datensätzen an das Statistische Bundesamt als Grundlage für statistische Kennzahlen 
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Überwachung von Ausfuhrnachweisen und Bestellungen von Versandmaterialien 
  • Du lernst mit deiner Koordination des Warenversandes zugleich den Kommunikationsablauf mit Kundschaft und Speditionen kennen

Was bringst du mit?

  • Du bist engagiert und studierst BWL, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du bereicherst unser Team mit deiner offenen Art und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Speditionen
  • Du begeisterst uns mit deiner hohen Eigeninitiative und deinen Ideen
  • Du hast vielleicht schon SAP-Kenntnisse – kein Muss, ein Plus
  • Du hast sechs Monate Zeit für uns
  • Und du hast gute Englischkenntnisse für unseren Schriftverkehr mit den Kunden
