Whether we’re creating meaningful connections with your customers or driving leads at a more efficient cost, we'll be the partner you need to provide marketing solutions for your business challenges. We're Good People Getting Great Results for Our Clients It makes us proud when our clients say, “work with Brunner, they helped us accelerate our marketing performance.” But when we hear, “work with Brunner, they are truly an extension of our team” it drives us to work even harder - because we’re in it together.
About the Role

Description

Curious about how great digital experiences come to life? As a UX Design Intern, you’ll support everything from wireframes to design systems, help keep Figma files organized and scalable, and explore how AI can enhance the way we work. You’ll gain hands-on experience across both internal and client projects, all while collaborating with a team that values thoughtful design and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for driven students who are excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our team on real projects while building valuable skills that translate beyond the classroom. Our internship program is designed to give you exposure to agency life, opportunities to grow your skill set, and a chance to see how great ideas turn into great work.

This position is open to current college students who are able to earn academic credit through their program of study upon completion of the internship. This is an unpaid, for-credit opportunity running from June-August, with flexible start and end dates.

Interns will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance throughout the internship. While much of your work will be completed independently, your mentor will support you as you gain hands-on, real-world experience and further immerse yourself in the industry.

Requirements

Interested candidates should have advanced Figma skills.  This intern should be able to commit to working approximately 20-30 hours per/week throughout the summer.
