About the Role

We're building the future of mobile gaming and we need someone who wants to help rewire how a fast-moving company actually operates. We're seeking a dynamic student to join our team and transform how our teams operate through AI and automation.

The Operations team at Wildlife Studios sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, including Finance, Legal, and People. Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and passionate about building the systems and processes that power our company's growth. Today, many of these processes depend on manual iteration, repetitive routines, and human coordination. Within our tech team, you’ll work closely with Directors and C-Level, leveraging AI agents to build internal technology and workflow automations to eliminate inefficiency at the structural level. You’ll have real responsibility, visibility, and impact from day one.

We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious, proactive, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two problems are the same.

What you'll do

  • Work with the support of technical leadership from diagnosis to delivery: understand the problem, design the solution, ship it, and measure impact
  • Map and analyze workflows to identify what should be automated, redesigned, or eliminated
  • Build AI-powered automations using LLMs, AI agents, and integration tools (e.g. LangGraph) to streamline repetitive processes at scale
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to redefine how we operate, pushing the boundaries of what Operations does with AI as a core capability

What you'll need

  • Studying Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with expected graduation in 2027
  • English (advanced)
  • Availability to be in our SP office (Itaim Bibi) 3x/week

More about you

  • You are already using AI to get things done. Not as a novelty, but as a default way of working
  • You’ve built something: automations, bots, scripts, prototypes, side projects. Anything that shows you ship, not just study
  • You're curious about how business operations work and how technology can improve them
  • You thrive in ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
