About Our Internship Program:

Our Summer 2026 internship cycle takes place between June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026. 

This is a paid, remote educational internship. Our internship program runs for 12 weeks and provides our interns a hands-on learning experience unparalleled in the classroom. As an intern, you will report directly to a supervisor, explore your career field of interest, gain in-house agency experience, acquire new skills for resume building, and establish vital career networks and mentors. Interns will also have opportunities to engage with real client work and see how large-scale brand experiences come to life.

 

Summary of Position:

This internship will directly report to a Sr. Manager, Growth Group Operations. The position focuses on new business research and sales support offering candidates the opportunity to better understand the business side of a multi-million-dollar agency. Work may support activations tied to major cultural moments including sports, entertainment, and live events.

Job Responsibilities:

New Business:

  • Conduct brand, product, and competitor research to support pitch development and project briefs
  • Take notes during internal meetings and distribute clear summaries with key takeaways and action items
  • Support general administrative and organizational tasks to improve team workflow and efficiency
  • Perform quality assurance on decks by checking for typos, formatting consistency, and alignment issues
  • Complete a New Business project over the course of the internship, building practical skills in research, insights, and sales strategy support
  • Participate in on-site project support as opportunities arise, providing exposure to the execution of live brand experiences

 

Business Development:

  • Research, gather, and analyze industry, market, cultural, and competitor insights to support new business efforts and inform sales strategy
  • Attend and take notes in department meetings and RFP briefing calls
  • Support preparation for capabilities meetings including, in-depth research on new business leads and prospects, creating custom materials, etc
  • Assist in preparing and organizing incoming RFP documents for internal circulation

  • Proactive approach to workload and projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in AI software, LinkedIn & Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Keynote or Power Point)
  • Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in marketing, brand experiences, or creative industries

Requirements: 

  • Be currently enrolled in a college/university
  • Must have a personal laptop/computer
  • Ideally, within a 1-hour drive of LA or NYC to participate in in-office gatherings
  • Must be able to work remotely at least 3 full days a week or 24 hrs (availability for Tuesdays 10-11am PST is required), Mon - Wed preferred
  • Ideal Majors: Business, Marketing, Communications

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in Los Angeles, however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation: [$17.00 per hour]

This is an non-exempt role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
