What are your contributions to the team?

  • Participate in the creation of a culture of quality into the natural team, to compliance with the quality management system
  • Lead and participate in manufacturing improvement projects focused on product / process quality, and on projects for new products or new processes
  • Interact with different support and operative areas to implement corrective actions in order to fix, contain and prevent issues that impact the quality product and / or process adherence.
  • Determine metrics, follow up and you will generate reports to achieve the team's goals.
  • Participate in ensuring product conformity with quality validation during and after manufacturing / assembly process

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • You have interest in aeronautics, and your career path is focused on quality
  • You have recently graduated from a professional degree in Aeronautics, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • You have an intermediate to advanced proficiency level of English
  • You hold experience on problem solving tools
  • You hold experience on inspection techniques
  • You have knowledge in Office 360
  • You have skills for innovation and creativity
  • You have skills for teamwork
