Position Summary:

This internship provides a hands-on, real-world M&A experience for a highly motivated and analytical candidate. The intern will work directly with senior leadership on mergers and acquisitions initiatives, supporting financial diligence, deal preparation, and transaction analysis across the M&A lifecycle.

This position reports directly to the President of Allerium, a Comtech segment, offering rare visibility and exposure for an intern-level role. Senior executives will set strategic direction and identify acquisition targets, while the intern will own much of the financial and analytical execution behind active and prospective transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support active and prospective M&A transactions through financial diligence and deal preparation
  • Build and analyze financial models, valuation analyses, and supporting diligence materials
  • Review financial statements, forecasts, and transaction data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Prepare deal presentations and materials for internal leadership, board reviews, bankers, and shareholders
  • Participate in live deal discussions and contribute to transaction-related decision making
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors as needed

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Finance or Business with investment banking focus).

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
