About Our Internship Program:
Our Summer 2026 internship cycle takes place between June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026.
This is a paid, hybrid educational internship. Our internship program runs for 12 weeks and provides our interns a hands-on learning experience unparalleled in the classroom. As an intern, you will report directly to a supervisor, explore your career field of interest, gain in-house agency experience, acquire new skills for resume building, and establish vital career networks and mentors.
Summary of Position:
The Accounts intern will assist with day-to-day coordination, including preparing materials, tracking timelines, and supporting communication between internal teams and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
This role will directly support and report to NVE’s Account Manager, overseen by NVE’s Senior Account Executive. Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Internal and external project management for core accounts in industries including food & beverage, media & entertainment, and lifestyle
- Assist with meeting/conference preparation, organizing meeting materials, taking comprehensive notes during all meetings, and circulating post-meeting recap emails after meetings (as needed)
- Deck management and development (across Google Presentation & Keynote formats) including copywriting for RFPs, creative decks, and recaps
- Ideation for brainstorm and planning meetings
- Collection and displaying of event metrics
- Project research (venues, industry trends, etc.) and Client research (quarterly revenue tracking,, competitor analysis, tracking upcoming and completed activations, etc.)
- On-site assistance for local events (when possible)
- Development of a unique and applicable final intern project to be presented to the Accounts Department on your final week
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Ideal majors: Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Ability to write effectively, persuasively, and professionally
- Innately process-oriented and highly organized
- Have exceptional time management skills
- Value collaboration yet have the confidence to recommend and own new ideas
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Understand and are fascinated by culture, subcultures, and the forces that move them
- Have an interest in marketing, advertising, PR, or consumer experiences
- Agency experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Be currently enrolled in a college/university
- Own a working personal laptop/computer
- Availability to work remotely at least 3 days (or 20 hours a week) Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm PT.
Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in Lost Angeles or New York City.

Hourly Estimation:
This is an non-exempt role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. The hourly estimation for this role is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
NVE reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. NVE may require an employee to perform duties outside his/her normal description.
Employment eligibility verification is required for this role. In certain states, NVE participates in the E-Verify program in accordance with local regulations.
