About the Role

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Data Collection and Integration: Gathering real-time operational data and historical performance records to establish a comprehensive data repository for analysis.

  • Operational Model Development: Constructing an accurate operational model of the pipeline metering station, incorporating historical behavior and expected patterns.

  • Anomaly Detection: Utilizing advanced data analytics techniques to identify deviations between real-time data and the operational model, thereby identifying potentially malfunctioning field instruments.

  • Predictive Maintenance Implementation: Developing algorithms and protocols to predict equipment failures before they occur, optimizing maintenance scheduling and reducing downtime.

  • Resource Optimization: Streamlining workforce allocation and deployment by focusing maintenance efforts on critical components and high-risk equipment, while also minimizing technician presence in the field.

  • Efficiency Enhancement: Enabling efficient utilization of resources and technician manpower through targeted interventions, ultimately leading to cost savings and improved operational reliability.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering

  • Analytical and good problem-solving skills
