Responsibilities

  • As an Intern/Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Checking the completeness of the address of before send.
  • Processing outgoing Mail on Courier web for JNE & DHL.
  • Input / upload and update the Outgoing mails into MCM web and checking and completing the delivery process.
  • Do checking and sorting by sender (Bank, Government, Client, Online Shop, and Other).
  • Open and register the incoming mail and the confirmation letters.
  • Serve users and update status completion when users take incoming mail on IMC.

Requirements

  • Good correspondence and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced skill in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation
  • Able to join full time in Surabaya for a minimum period of 3 months.
