What You Will Do

• As a Global Supply Chain intern, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the challenges facing aviation, and supply chain, while directly impacting the evolution of our business.

From our established mentorship program to assignment of meaningful projects which have opportunity to make a difference during the summer, the Global Supply Chain internship program provides structured learning in supplement to your in-role technical training.  

• Each intern will be placed in a procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain support function within one of our sub-domains. They will be assigned tactical work and project deliverables. The interns are part of a cohort group with programming and report out to all managers and leadership at the end of the summer. The opportunities for interns who are motivated to learn and grow in this industry are endless! • Our internship serves as a pipeline to our development program, and we are seeking students interested in full-time development program opportunities upon graduation. 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field

• Minimum of 30 credits prior to starting your internship

Qualifications We Prefer

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
