About the Role

1. Power BI Dashboard Development & Enhancement - Support the development and enhancement of existing Power BI dashboards for HR reporting.

2. HR Data Management & Analysis - Assist in data collection, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

3. Administrative Support to HRBP - Provide day-to-day administrative support including documentation, filing, and coordination of HR activities.

4. HR Projects & Process Improvement Support - Participate in ongoing HR initiatives or projects (e.g., digitalization, process improvement, employee engagement).
