- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and deal information
- Support sales documentation (proposals, quotations, contracts, invoices)
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking pipeline progress
- Help manage client onboarding and support processes
- Ensure proper filing and organization of sales-related documents
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks for the sales and BD team
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills (Thai & English preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Internship Allowance 6,000 per/month
