Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en A/C Delivery Digital Solutions - Data Scientist (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département « Customer Lines & Delivery Centers Digital Solutions» en charge de créer des solutions numériques pour les Opérations de Ligne Client, l'Acceptation des Avions et la Collaboration Client, afin de sécuriser la Livraison des Avions et de créer la meilleure Expérience Client dans tous nos Sites de Livraison à travers le monde.. Cet apprentissage consistera à: utiliser l'Analyse Avancée et l'IA pour résoudre des problématiques spécifiques dans la Fabrication et la Planification des Avions, afin de réduire les délais et de soutenir le Ramp Up globale d'Airbus.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an (s). 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Exploration Avancée : Étudier des ensembles de données opérationnelles complexes et des flux d'informations non structurées pour découvrir des inefficacités cachées dans le cycle de livraison et améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle quotidienne des équipes de Livraison.

• Innovation : Apporter un "état d'esprit disruptif" pour remettre en question les processus existants et proposer comment l'IA Générative (GenAI) et l'analyse avancée peuvent transformer le programme d'acceptation des avions.

• Visualisation : Créer des tableaux de bord et des supports visuels pour communiquer des conclusions de données complexes aux parties prenantes non techniques dans les opérations et la gestion.

• Gestion des Parties Prenantes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Digital Product Owners et les parties prenantes internes (Opérations de Livraison, Gestionnaires de Transactions de Livraison, etc.).

• Solutions Prédictives et Génératives : Proposer et prototyper des modèles basés sur l'IA qui peuvent prédire les goulots d'étranglement ou générer des informations automatisées pour diminuer de manière significative le délai global de livraison des avions (Aircraft Delivery Lead Time).

• Contribution Stratégique : Participer à la définition de la future stratégie numérique soutenant nos Customer Lines & Delivery Centers avec des ambitions de simplification et d'efficacité.

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC + 5 dans le domaine de Informatique, Ingénierie pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• IA et LLM : Fort intérêt et connaissances théoriques/pratiques des Modèles de Langage de Grande Taille (LLM), des Transformers et de l'IA Générative.

• Programmation : Maîtrise avancée de Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) est essentielle.

• TAL (Traitement Automatique du Langage) : Une expérience avec des bibliothèques de TAL (par exemple, Hugging Face, LangChain, SpaCy) est un plus.

• Visualisation de Données (Data Viz) : Familiarité avec les outils de visualisation (par exemple, Tableau, PowerBI, Plotly).

• Autonomie et Proactivité : Vous êtes orienté(e) données et capable d'anticiper les défis avec une approche pratique.

• Esprit d'Équipe : Solides compétences en réseau et en collaboration pour travailler dans un environnement transverse.

• Communication : Capacité à bien communiquer avec des équipes internationales pour recueillir les besoins métier et expliquer des solutions complexes.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice A/C Delivery Digital Solutions - Data Scientist (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus commercial  on Toulouse site.

You will join the Customer Lines & Delivery Centers Digital Solutions department in charge of creating digital solutions for the Customer Line Operations, Aircraft Acceptance and Customers Collaboration to secure Aircraft Delivery and create the best Customer Experience in all our Delivery Sites in the world. 

This apprenticeship will consist in using Advanced Analytics & AI to resolve specific pain points in the Aircraft Manufacturing and Aircraft Planning in order to reduce lead time and support the overall Airbus Ramp Up. 

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1, 2 or 3 year(s).

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Advanced Exploration: Investigate complex operational datasets and unstructured information streams to uncover hidden inefficiencies in the delivery cycle and improve day to day operational efficiencies for Delivery teams.

• Innovation: Bring a "disruptive mindset" to challenge existing processes and propose how GenAI and advanced analytics can transform the Aircraft acceptance programme.

• Visualization: Create dashboards and visual aids to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in operations and management.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Digital Product Owners and internal stakeholders (Delivery Operations, Delivery Transaction Managers, etc.(

• Predictive & Generative Solutions: Propose and prototype AI-driven models that can predict bottlenecks or generate automated insights to significantly decrease the overall Aircraft Delivery Lead Time.

• Strategic Contribution: Participate in defining the future digital strategy supporting our Customer Lines & Delivery Centers with the ambitions of simplification & efficiency.

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC+ 5  level training in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• AI & LLM: Strong interest and theoretical/practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI.

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) is essential.

• NLP: Experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, SpaCy) is a plus.

• Data Viz: Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Plotly)

• Self-Motivated: You are data-driven and able to anticipate challenges with a hands-on approach.
