Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Support the team in preparing periodic reports, summaries, and internal updates for senior management

  • Assist with organising, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, templates, and contract records

  • Develop and set up a SharePoint site as the central document depository for the Legal and Compliance team, including:

  • Designing the site architecture and folder structure

  • Creating metadata and naming conventions

  • Setting user permissions and access rights

  • Migrating existing documents from shared drives/OneDrive

  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and cross‑functional legal–compliance projects

  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Law, or any other related disciplines 

  • Good command of written English  

  • Strong communication skills  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
