About the Role

A high-impact HR apprenticeship

Joining Pernod Ricard means becoming part of a Human Resources team that operates at the heart of the business.

This apprenticeship is designed for a candidate seeking meaningful responsibility and exposure to real HR topics from day one. You will be fully integrated into the HR Business Partner team and work closely with HR leaders, managers, and employees across multiple functions.

You will quickly take ownership of your scope and be trusted to deliver with a high level of reliability.

Your role

As an HR point of contact for a large population of interns and apprentices (60-70 pers.), you will actively contribute to delivering a seamless and professional employee experience while supporting the HR team’s operational priorities.

1/ Core responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative management of internship and apprenticeship contracts with strong attention to detail

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders including managers, schools, OPCO, HR teams, and external partners

  • Ensure data accuracy across HR systems

  • Organize and facilitate onboarding processes

  • Support employees throughout their journey and identify situations requiring HR attention

  • Prepare arrivals and departures in collaboration with relevant teams

  • Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, transversal environment

This role involves significant admin activity peaks; strong organizational skills and composure are essential.

2/ Exposure to strategic HR initiatives

Depending on your curiosity and ability to master your core responsibilities, you may contribute to broader HR projects such as:

  • HR data analysis and preparation of management-ready insights

  • Employee engagement and experience initiatives

  • Organization of onboarding events and internal training sessions

  • Continuous improvement of HR processes

  • Support on key HR cycles and team priorities

Who we are looking for

Perfect command of French and English languages is mandatory.

Beyond academic background, we are looking for a candidate with a professional mindset and strong potential.

  • Final-year Master’s student

  • An HR specialization is a plus. Posture and learning agility matter most.

In this position, you represent the HR function on a daily basis. We therefore place strong emphasis on professional maturity and sound judgment. You will be expected to:
