The Position

The Opportunity

In this role, you join the global Talent Marketing team which aims to position Roche as the employer of choice for key candidates with targeted and innovative approaches to meet & address hiring and market needs.  

You will:

  • Shape our global brand by creating engaging video, social media, and visual content that showcases Roche as an employer of choice to talent worldwide.

  • Gain experience through the support of high-impact content campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our global careers webpage.

  • Master content management at scale by gaining hands-on experience with our global platforms, ensuring brand quality stays consistent across all channels.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Communications, and creative teams to bring authentic employer storytelling to life.

  • Drive engagement by producing content that authentically represents Roche culture, helping to inspire and increase candidate applications.

  • Innovate with new formats by experimenting with emerging digital trends and tools to keep our visual language at the cutting edge.

  • Experience a culture of trust where your creative ideas are valued and you are empowered to take ownership of your projects.
     

Who you are

We are looking for a creative storyteller who is passionate about digital media and global collaboration.

  • Educational Background: You are a student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related creative field. Please note that your graduation date must not be more than 12 months prior to your start date.

  • Visual Storyteller: You possess experience (academic, personal portfolio, or professional) with video editing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar.

  • Brand-Minded: You understand how consistent visual language strengthens a message and enjoy working within brand guidelines to ensure quality.

  • Proactive Learner: You take initiative, enjoy experimenting with new content formats, and thrive in an environment that encourages continuous growth.

  • Strong Communicator: You are fluent in English and feel comfortable collaborating with diverse, international teams across different time zones.

Please note, due to regulations, non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents, and must be continuously enrolled in their university for the whole duration of this internship.
