Job Description

a) Assist in the:

  • Execution of BCBS 239 IV activities for the selected Finance Critical Measure

  • Review of the IV artefacts & documents and assessment of the criteria assigned to Reporting IV team

  • Creation and maintenance of the documentary evidence for assessment performed

  • Preparation of materials for IV discussions/meetings

b) Develop a set of SOPs related to the BCBS 239 IV processes

c) Perform other ad-hoc reviews and tasks assigned

Learning objectives:

  • Develop an understanding of BCBS 239 Group Data Aggregation & Reporting Framework and BCBS 239 Principles

  • Learn the end-to-end BCBS 239 IV lifecycle

  • Understand how Finance Critical Measures are assessed under BCBS 239 and the role of Independent Validation in ensuring compliance with the requirements

  • Develop the ability to review IV artefacts and supporting documentation, assessing them against predefined criteria aligned with BCBS 239 Principles

  • Gain hands-on experience in developing the SOPs for BCBS 239 IV processes
