About the Role

Deine Aufgaben:

 

  • Unterstützung bei der Kundenbetreuung & Vertragsabrechnungen sowie telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkommunikation
  • Bearbeitung von Vertragskündigungen inkl. vorzeitiger Beendigungen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten und Weiterentwicklungen im Bereich Operations
  • Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Pflege wiederkehrender Aufgabenlisten und systematischer Arbeitsabläufe

Dein Profil:

 

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Volks- oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausrichtung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Leasing, Fuhrparkmanagement, Vermietung o.Ä.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist ebenfalls von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementtools, z.B. Jira
  • Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Kommunikationsfreudig und lösungsorientiert
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
