About the Role

PPG est un leader mondial dans le domaine des peintures, revêtements et matériaux spécialisés, présent dans plus de 70 pays. Sur notre site de Saultain, nous développons et produisons des solutions innovantes à destination des secteurs automobile et industriel, au cœur d’un environnement technologique exigeant et en constante évolution.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Process Production en alternance pour accompagner les équipes du Département Résines & Pâtes E‑Coat, composé de 80 collaborateurs. Vous intégrerez une équipe opérationnelle dynamique de 9 personnes, engagée dans la performance et l’amélioration continue.

Votre mission

Accompagné(e) par votre tuteur, vous participerez activement à l’optimisation des performances industrielles du site. Vos missions incluront notamment :

Analyse & Performance

  • Évaluer, classer et analyser les pertes de production (utilisation, rendement, fonctionnement).
  • Identifier les données nécessaires aux analyses de causes profondes (RCA) et y prendre part.
  • Contribuer aux résolutions de problèmes process, incluant analyses statistiques et actions correctives.

Amélioration Continue

  • Proposer, évaluer et mettre en œuvre des idées d’amélioration process et productivité.
  • Participer activement aux projets d’amélioration du département.
  • Rechercher et suggérer des solutions innovantes (process, équipements, organisation) pour optimiser la performance de l’unité.

Documentation & Méthodes

  • Mettre à jour la documentation opérationnelle.
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des Modes Opératoires Industriels (MOI).
  • Identifier les dysfonctionnements et besoins d’évolution du process.

Profil recherché

Vous préparez une formation de type : Master bac+5 / Ingénieur en génie des procédés, chimie, méthodes industrielles, amélioration continue ou équivalent.

Vous êtes :

  • Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et force de proposition ;
  • À l’aise avec l’analyse de données et l’environnement industriel ;
  • Motivé(e) par les projets d’amélioration continue et d’optimisation process.
