Our team in Agile Product Development supports the Solutions in Hardware Team in developing IT applications that enhance the planning, demand process, and lifecycle management of BMW prototypes. We create an environment where you can learn by doing and take on responsibility from day one.

 

What awaits you?

  • You support creating and developing user interfaces in Figma, utilizing our existing design system.
  • Furthermore, you help communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and gather feedback to optimize user experience.
  • In addition, you contribute by creating prototypes that simulate user interactions and serve to validate design ideas.
  • Moreover, you will collaborate closely within the Scrum team and take on tasks within sprint cycles with regular feedback from your mentor.
  • You assist in contributing creative ideas and developing innovative design solutions that meet user needs.
  • Furthermore you will learn how to turn early-stage feature proposals into concepts and translate them into work packages.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in UX/UI Design, Software Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Passion, open mind, and interest to learn.
  • Knowledge of Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Creativity and a good sense of design.
  • Flexibility and proactive support of team processes.
  • Very good English and German communication skills.
