About the Role

¿Tienes experiencia como gestor comercial en recepción de llamadas? ¡Te estamos buscando!

Desde el departamento de Alianzas Estratégicas de Securitas Direct queremos tener en nuestro grupo a personas como tú, con ambición y ganas de formar parte de este gran equipo.

Principales funciones:

  • Recepción de llamadas a tres con gestor oficina CaixaBank y cliente.
  • Atender llamadas entrantes con enfoque comercial.
  • Detectar necesidades, asesorar y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas al cliente.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el partner para garantizar una experiencia de cliente excelente.

 Requisitos de la posición:

  • Alta orientación a objetivos.
  • Fuertes habilidades comerciales y de negociación.
  • Imprescindible: actitud positiva, proactividad y pasión por las ventas.
  • Valorable dominio de idiomas (Catalán, Frances, Alemán)

Ofrecemos:

  • Salario fijo + comisiones atractivas.
  • Contrato a jornada completa (40h/semana), de lunes a viernes.
