Missions :

Rattaché(e) au Département Procurement Europe, vous intégrerez l’équipe Strategic Customer Desk – Procurement au sein de la Direction Achats Maritimes FCL et contribuerez aux missions suivantes :

  • Traitement des appels d’offres maritimes des comptes stratégiques
  • Lancement des demandes de transport auprès des armateurs partenaires pour récupérer leurs offres.
  • Recueillir, contrôler, consolider puis analyser les offres des armateurs (tarif, service et autres conditions)
  • Préparation de la proposition client
  • Assurer la bonne conduite de l’ensemble des appels d’offres maritimes sur le scope global du service (import/export Europe & Afrique) en se positionnant comme point de contact unique pour le réseau et comme interlocuteur privilégié des armateurs partenaires.
  • Construire la proposition d’achat aux appels d’offres maritimes en collaboration avec l’équipe de trade managers.
  • Faire une analyse entre prix d’achat et de vente afin d’ajuster le profit.
  • Communiquer les numéros/références de contrat au réseau interne à la suite des nominations du client.
  • Etudes Ponctuelles & analyse des taux marchés et des Appels d’offre
  • Rachat des taux de fret pour optimiser le profit selon l’évolution du marché
  • Accompagnement et support sales(BD) team durant la validité du contrat

Profil :

Formation en achat et/ou supply chain et/ou commerce international et/ou transport & Logistics.

Motivé(e), investi(e), curieux(se), vous avez une excellente maitrise de MS Excel (recherche V, tableau croisé dynamique, etc.).

Vous avez également un bon relationnel et des qualités rédactionnelles, vous aimez le travail d’équipe.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et force de proposition, vous savez également être autonome dans vos missions.

Votre capacité d’analyse et de synthèse sont des atouts majeurs de réussite pour ce poste.

Une appétence pour l’innovation et les technologies d’IA constituera un véritable atout pour ce poste.
