About the Role

Au sein de l'équipe Sourcing & Développement Horlogerie et Joaillerie, vous assistez les Chefs de projet dans leurs développements de pièces de Haute Joaillerie et Precious Jewelry.

A ce titre, vous pourrez être amené(e) à :

  • Mettre en place de nouveaux outils en support à l’équipe développement pour optimiser le travail des chefs de projet : outils d’optimisation des missions, outils d’analyse et de reporting  (BI, Ms project, autres outils à développer…) (environ 50% du temps)
  • Participer au pilotage du développement technique et esthétique de différentes pièces (environ 25% du temps)
  • Suivre les différentes étapes de conception en collaboration avec les acteurs des développements (le Studio de Création, le Bureau d'Etude, les ateliers, le Marketing, le Service Pierres, le Service Qualité)
  • Etre responsable du délai, de la qualité et du coût des pièces
  • Aider les Chefs de Projet au pilotage des projets : (environ 25% du temps)
  • Gestion du transport des pièces avec les fournisseurs
  • Planning, Devis, Mapping

Profil :

Actuellement en Ecole d’ingénieur ou Ecole de commerce, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre grande rigueur et votre autonomie. Vous avez un bon sens du contact et un bon esprit d'équipe. Vous avez des qualités d’adaptation et d’organisation.

Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans un précédant stage où vous avez pu travailler en mode projet. Vous êtes curieux(se) et vous vous intéressez à l'univers de la joaillerie. Vous possédez par ailleurs les atouts nécessaires pour intégrer un environnement réactif.
