Pour ce stage, vous serez membre de notre Division Santé Animale au sein de l'Équipe Global Quality.

La Division Santé Animale est internationale et vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler avec nos collègues du monde entier.  Vous serez basé sur notre site d’Igoville près de Rouen. (76000)

Mission :

Membre de l’équipe Qualité Global, vous contribuerez au :

Support de projets stratégiques :   

  • En participant au suivi des inspections réglementaires dans une démarche d’état permanent d’inspectabilité de nos sites de production – Ceci d’une manière prospective et rétrospective, pouvant utiliser l’intelligence artificielle.

  • En aidant à la mise en place & à la mise à jour de Quality Agreement Qualité Globaux (TQA).

  • En assurant l’optimisation du processus de suivi des Changes Control, CAPAs, Déviations Globales dans l’optique de garantir l’avancement & la clôture de ces actions globales dans les temps impartis.     

Support qualité opérationnel pour nos sites de productions :

  • En participant aux investigations (Déviations, Réclamations) en tant que support technique

  • En participant à la mise à jour documentaire en lien avec des projets

  • En participant à la préparation à la mise à jour des analyses de risques en lien avec des projets

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Bac+3/4/5 ingénieur ou pharmacien

  • Anglais lu et parlé (niveau C1)

  • Une connaissance des BPF est appréciée

  • Vous êtes  curieux(se), autonome, proactif(ve) ; vous aimez le travail opérationnel autant que l’amélioration de process.

  • Bonnes capacités relationnelles : aisance dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs variés (collaborateurs du site et à l’international, écoles, prestataires).

  • Maîtrise d’outils bureautiques (Word / Excel / Powerpoint) ; la connaissance de power BI et la maitrise d’outil IA est un plus

For this internship, you will be a member of our Animal Health Division within the Global Quality Team.

The Animal Health Division is international, and you will have the opportunity to work with our colleagues from all over the world.  You will be based at our Igoville site near Rouen. (76000)

Mission:

As a member of the Global Quality team, you will contribute to:

Support for strategic projects:  

  • By contributing to the follow-up of regulatory inspections in a permanent inspection readiness of our production sites – this in a prospective and retrospective way, being able to use artificial intelligence and specific monitoring software (e.g. Power BI

  • Contributing to the implementation and updating of Global Quality Agreements.

  • By ensuring the optimization of the process of monitoring Changes Control, CAPAs, Global Deviations in order to guarantee the progress and closure of these global actions within the allotted time.    

·Operational quality support for our production sites:

  • By participating in investigations (Diversions, Complaints) as a technical support.

  • By participating in the documentary update related to projects. 

  • Participating in the preparation for the updating of project-related risk analyses. 

Desired profile

  • Education: Bac+3/4/5 engineer or pharmacist

  • Reading and speaking English (C1 level)

  • Knowledge of GMP is appreciated

  • You are curious, autonomous, proactive; You enjoy operational work as much as process improvement.

  • Good interpersonal skills: ease in exchanges with various interlocutors (site and international employees, schools, service providers).

  • Proficiency in office tools (Word / Excel / Powerpoint); knowledge of power BI and mastery of AI tools is a plus
