THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a Legal Intern to join the Legal Team based in Paris and support the Legal Counsel in charge of Procurement matters.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (manufacturing, supply, services, logistics, NDAs, etc.)
- Reviewing and drafting legal templates and clauses
- Supporting procurement contracting processes
- Legal research and ad hoc legal projects


PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Master 2 in Law (Business Law or International Business Law preferred) or Élève avocat
- First professional experience (as legal intern) required
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong interest in commercial and procurement law
- Interest in real estate is a plus
- Good drafting and analytical skills
- Strong self-initiative and team player
