About the Role

Rattaché à l'Acheteur Professional Services dans la direction des Achats, vous participerez à la gestion des affaires courantes sur une partie des achats indirect comprenant plus de 1500 fournisseurs actifs sur les catégories suivantes :

  • Logistique
  • IT
  • Digital
  • Ressources humaines
  • Consulting
  • Travel

Missions

Vos missions principales en collaboration avec l’Acheteur seront de :

Contribuer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges des consultations

Aider à la structuration des RFI, RFQ et RFP et au lancement des appels d’offres

Comparer les offres commerciales

Participer aux négociations et vérifier la bonne application des conditions financières

Suivre les commandes, la facturation et les différents KPI associés

Suivre l’implémentation des projets

Participer à la veille et sourcing sur le marché

Contribuer au succès des projets annexes de l’équipe Achats

Valider l’ensemble des documents des demandes d’homologations des fournisseurs

Profil

Vous êtes en master en école de commerce, ingénieur ou université avec une spécialisation achats idéalement (type MAI, DESMA, GAISC…), vous justifiez d’une première expérience en stage en entreprise ou autre.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’analyse, de synthèse, votre sens de l’organisation, votre rigueur ainsi que votre aisance relationnelle pour votre capacité à convaincre et votre talent prometteur de négociateur.

Les qualités suivantes sont essentielles pour la réussite dans le poste : dynamisme, détermination, curiosité, aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe. ​

Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais qui vous sera indispensable pour communiquer avec les fournisseurs étrangers et les contacts Shiseido Japon.
