About the Role

POSITION SUMMARY

The Treasury & Credit Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Treasury and Credit department.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • College student studying accounting or finance who is entering into their Junior or Senior year at an accredited College or University
  • Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong written, verbal communication; and presentation skills.
  • Previous internships experience
  • Coursework or work experience in accounting, financial systems, or credit analysis
  • Collaborating with teams in Treasury, Credit, Billing, and Accounting to research and resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines and work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Out of the box thinking, problem solving, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written

 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performing daily cash reconciliations across multiple company accounts
  • Reporting daily cash positions and assisting with cash forecasting
  • Applying customer receipts in Oracle
  • Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and onboarding for new counterparties
  • Supporting credit reviews and analysis for new and existing customers
  • Directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
  • Ensure cash flow and receivables are properly tracked and reconciled, support risk management through credit reviews, and contribute to strategic decision-making through forecasting and reporting.
  • Exposure to complex organizational structures and Oracle financial systems
  • Real-world experience in problem-solving, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
