Role Overview

Veracode is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Summer Intern to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role offers hands-on experience working with core sales systems and business intelligence tools, including Salesforce, Clari, and Looker, while contributing to key operational initiatives that drive revenue performance.

You will partner closely with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to help improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency across the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations activities, including data management, reporting, and system maintenance
  • Assist in maintaining and improving data integrity within Salesforce CRM
  • Partner with the team to generate and analyze reports and dashboards in Looker
  • Support forecasting processes and pipeline visibility through Clari
  • Help identify process inefficiencies and contribute to optimization initiatives
  • Assist with sales performance tracking, KPI reporting, and ad hoc analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams
  • Document processes and contribute to the development of internal playbooks and training materials

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Excel, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
