About the Role
Overview

The Student Research Assistant will work in the parasitology research lab during the summer, actively participating in a research project under the guidance and mentorship of the primary investigator. As a member of the research team, you will gain hands-on experience in laboratory techniques and scientific inquiry related to parasitology.


Responsibilities

Training will be provided for the specific tasks involved. Duties may include:

  • Assisting with research activities
  • Conducting diagnostic tests and reporting results
  • Performing general lab tasks

Qualifications

Undergraduate student at Auburn University enrolled in a biology related field (pre-veterinary, biology, animal science etc.)
