About the Role
Support the Information Security team efforts to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Credit Union’s assets by performing preliminary analysis on tickets assigned to the team. Capture new processes and creating troubleshooting guides for partners. Review activity across endpoints and environments (on-premises, cloud) to identify patterns of anomalous activity. Triage alerts and data from sensors, and documents formal, technical incident reports. Research emerging threats and vulnerabilities and communicates back to detection engineering functions. Assist with other daily information security tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar degree.Key Skills
