About the Role

Bluebeam’s Sales Intern program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development while supporting our marketing and sales teams. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to learn the ins and outs of sales development, prospecting, and customer engagement in a fast-paced technology company. You will work closely with our Sales Development Representatives to help generate leads, build relationships with prospects, and contribute to the overall productivity and success of the sales organization.

 

About the Internship:

  • Assist in contacting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Develop relationships with potential customers via phone and email under guidance from SDRs
  • Support the Sales team by referring leads to Account Executives
  • Maintain and update CRM data, including contact lists and notes
  • Assist with reporting on sales activities, progress, and KPI
  • Share product feedback with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
  • Participate in training and development sessions to learn sales best practices including: 
    • Active participation in workplace experience events, Executive and company Townhalls, lunch-and-learn activities, team-led project work, and regular check-ins with Internship Program Managers and team managers

 

About You:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 0–1+ years cumulative experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or relevant internships
  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or customer success
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to learn
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Curious, coachable, and self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Demonstrated curiosity about technology, AI, and innovative sales tools
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus

Compensation & Program Details:

  • This is a full-time, in-person summer internship based in our Dallas, Texas office.
  • Pay: $26.00/hour for the duration of the program
  • Program Dates: June 1st – August 14th, 2026
