Job Description:

The Role:
New AI/ML model deployment/enablement.

Responsibilities:

• AI/ML algorithm/model development including model deployment and accuracy calibration and performance tuning

• Quantized ML model development and

• Deep learning application implementation and integration

• Open-source software development/ integration

• Co-work with SW & HW members for performance exploring and tuning

Requirements:

• B.Sc., or M.Sc. in Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience

• Familiar with AI/ML model deployment, verification, tuning and quantization

• Software design and programming experience in C/C++/Python for development, debugging, testing and performance analysis.

• Proficiency in AI-assisted development: Experienced in leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Augment Code, or specialized Agents) to accelerate software design, debugging, and refactoring.

• Good understanding of LLM and Machine learning knowledge, with experience in transformer-based vision models deployment (e.g., ADAS models).

• Familiarity with ML framework (like vLLM/llama.cpp/Tensorflow/Lite-RT/Pytorch etc)

• Proficiency in model conversion pipelines from frontend frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch etc) through IR (TOSA, Torch-MLIR, etc ) to backend compilation (ML compiler).

• Open source upstreaming experience is plus
