About the Role

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to support our Operations Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail operations, administrative coordination, and business reporting within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tabulating commissions, employee attendance, and staff shifts for payroll submission

  • Support reconciliation of payments, invoices, and daily sales closing

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Operations team

  • Assist in updating and managing system data (e.g., mall systems, loyalty points)

  • Support inventory handling, including checking incoming and outgoing deliveries at HQ

  • Participate in stock audits at outlets and headquarters

  • Help compile and prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Assist in coordinating communication between HQ and retail outlets

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks and administrative duties

  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Basic understanding or interest in retail operations is an advantage

  • Strong numerical and data entry skills

  • Good organizational and time management abilities

  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

  • Able to work flexible hours when required (including weekends, if needed)
