作为颜色科学实习生，您将加入到GCIC（PPG全球涂料创新研究院）颜色科学团队，参与涂料数字化配色工作，深度了解PPG业务。
岗位职责：
参与数字化配色项目，协助进行颜色科学理论挖掘与总结。
应用Minitab，JMP或者Python软件，分析现有配方颜色数据，总结不同色系的配色规律。
通过文献调研，总结效果颜料配色方法与理论。
完成技术主管分配的其他相关任务。
任职要求：
在读硕士或博士研究生，主修颜色科学相关专业。
有扎实的光学基础与颜色科学理论基础，了解色彩外观的测量，色彩空间的转换，光谱数据处理，色差评估和配色原理等。
熟练使用数据分析软件，擅于从数据中挖掘关键信息。
具备良好的文献查阅与总结能力，可以将实验现象和颜色科学理论相对应，总结成报告。
具备良好的逻辑思维能力和解决问题的能力，热爱探索，勇于接受挑战。
具备良好的团队协作能力，可以与团队成员密切配合，共同完成项目目标。
能满足实习时长≥4个月，每周3-4天者优先。
