Job Description
We are seeking motivated and responsible intern to join the LEGO Education team.
This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Please note:
This internship does not lead to a full-time position upon completion.
No relocation assistance is provided for this internship role.
Core responsibilities:
Meeting and Process Support: Assist with preparing meeting minutes, tracking follow-up actions, and completing basic process submissions to ensure accurate documentation and smooth communication.
Data and Information Management: Support the team with routine data processing, spreadsheet entry, and basic market information collection and classification.
On-site Event Support: Provide assistance for offline events, including venue setup, display/model assembly, material handling, and other preparation tasks.
Operational Administration: Manage the organization and filing of contracts, documents, and materials; assist with material requests, shipment follow-ups, and record updates.
Basic Research: Monitor industry and market updates; conduct simple research and compile information as assigned.
Content Preparation and Translation: Assist with the team and basic translation of English materials, ensuring accurate and clear content delivery.
Offline Event Execution: Support the execution of marketing events, including venue setup, check-in coordination, material management, and on-site assistance.
Marketing Material and Content Management: Assist in producing localized marketing materials and help maintain and update the content and asset libraries.
Project Support and Documentation: Participate in daily projects, assist in compiling relevant information and execution records, and support project progress.
General Team Support: Assist with other daily operational tasks according to business needs.
Do you have what it takes?
Educational Background: Open to current undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students.
Internship Duration: Minimum commitment of at least 1 year.
Availability:
Preferably available at least 2 days per week during the academic term.
Able to work up to 5 days per week during winter and summer breaks.
Language Skills: Strong written English proficiency.
Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Independence: Ability to manage and complete tasks or projects independently.
