About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide real-world experience, learning industry technical and professional skills, abilities and activities to contribute to the Dentsu network.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct market research to gain an in-depth understanding of client businesses, categories, and consumers and present valuable findings to senior staff members and clients.

  • Support the development of well-informed and effective branding and communication strategies.

  • Generating original ideas with other team members.

  • Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them.

  • Liaising with the direct manager and senior team members to receive feedback and create strategy improvements.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience

  • A proven track record in supporting the development of strategic plans that benefit the client is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of the strategy planning process, media touchpoints, strong sensitivity to cultural and human insights (demonstrated through past professional and personal projects), and unmatched curiosity.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (In Vietnamese and English).

  • Strong ability to make complex subjects understandable.

  • The drive to overcome challenges and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work with a result-oriented mindset.

  • The flexibility to work on several projects and manage your workload successfully.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

  • Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools is a plus.
