We are a small, committed team working at the intersection of corporate responsibility, regulatory compliance, and human-centred transformation.
Job Description
Your mission
As a Sustainability Office Intern, you will be embedded in the heart of our cross-functional sustainability operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination of DEI initiatives, awareness campaigns, and solidarity actions
- Contributing to the preparation and follow-up of internal communications (newsletters, Gazette Green, event content)
- Assisting in the organisation of engagement events and training sessions (e.g. Fresque du Climat, accessibility workshops)
- Participating in cross-functional meetings and helping maintain the SO operational rhythm
- Conducting research and benchmarking on emerging sustainability trends and best practices
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Curious, rigorous, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Management, Sustainable Development, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Genuine interest in corporate sustainability, DEI, and responsible business practices
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
Additional Information
What we offer
- A real immersion in a live Sustainability Office, not a coffee-and-photocopying internship
- A collaborative, open-minded team culture
- Mentorship from an experienced Chief Sustainability Officer
- Exposure to CSRD, DEI frameworks, and Green IT topics shaping the future of responsible tech
