Job Description

You are a student in administrative assistant and you are looking for an internship in Belgium? Cool! BESIX is looking for motivated interns throughout the year.

Your mission:

  • Organization of meetings and preparation of the files necessary for them (Power Point, Excel, ...);
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail / e-mails ;
  • Management of one or more agendas;
  • Administrative tasks for the team and the Director of the department (filing, planning of absences and teleworking, timsheets, printing, archiving, travel requests, expenses / invoices, office supplies, meeting room reservation, etc.).

Qualifications

What if you were BESIX's next talent?

  • You want to do an internship at our head office (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert);
  • You are in a Bachelor / Master type training - Administrative assistant or equivalent;
  • Your internship period must be at least 6 weeks full-time. We are looking for an intern starting in September. Please mention your internship period in your application;
  • You speak French/Dutch and you have a good knowledge of English;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, ...);
  • You are dynamic and you have a sense of the organization;
  • You are communicative, proactive and you are not afraid of being in direct intervention and cooperation with multiple stakeholders.
