About the Role

Lincoln Tech's Corporate office's Student Affordability Division is looking for an intern to provide assistance with our Career Services Department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research scholarship opportunities for current and prospective students across multiple platforms and organizations.
  • Identify grant opportunities that align with student needs and institutional priorities.
  • Record, track, and organize all scholarship and grant opportunities in a clear and accessible format.
  • Create and maintain a centralized database to ensure information is accurate, up‑to‑date, and easy to navigate.
  • Design flyers and promotional materials to share opportunities with students and encourage applications.
  • Generate QR codes to make scholarship access simple and mobile‑friendly.
  • Assist with communication efforts, helping ensure students are aware of upcoming deadlines and new opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong research skills and the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support research, writing, and content creation.
  • Ability to create flyers, graphics, and simple promotional materials (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with generating and using QR codes.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
