As a Social Media Intern on the Marketing team, you would report to the Senior Manager, Global Social Media and Content Strategy. You will work on architecting global social systems. You will gain experience across social reporting, ROI infrastructure, and high-velocity content strategy within the B2B enterprise technology landscape.

What You’ll Do
We're looking for curious interns who want to be entrusted with real responsibility and who embrace the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
- Architect the Market Intelligence Loop: Design a system to regularly deliver social listening trends to Product and Sales teams to integrate social intelligence into the core business.
- Engineer the Brand Velocity Lab: Develop high-engagement content strategies for the "Cloud," "AI," and "Identity" narratives to achieve hardcore differentiation in the market.
- Master B2B ROI Infrastructure: Collaborate on the standardized reporting framework to track pipeline influence and business value for creator partnerships.
- Execute Full-Funnel Social Operations: Gain hands-on experience in publishing, scheduling, and community management across all primary enterprise channels.
- Deliver Executive-Level Insights: Present summer project outcomes and strategic recommendations to the Marketing leadership team.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience You’ll Need
- Degree: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Graduation: December 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Strategic Curiosity: A strong desire to understand the mechanics of B2B enterprise technology social media operations.
- Analytical Aptitude: Interest in reporting, social listening tools, and calculating the ROI of brand activities.
- Proactive Ownership: Proven ability to drive projects forward with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Global Marketing teams.
- Team Player: Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to a supportive, high-velocity team culture.
The minimum and maximum hourly rate for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire hourly rates for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
