Job Purpose

We are seeking a Finance (FP&A) Summer Intern to support the financial planning and analysis function. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to financial reporting, variance analysis, and business operations within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities 

  • Assist with updating financial reporting files with actual results
  • Support variance analysis by identifying differences vs prior periods or plan
  • Help prepare monthly reporting decks and presentations
  • Perform data validation and tie-outs across reports
  • Assist with ad hoc data pulls and basic analysis
  • Maintain and update tracking files (e.g., spend, departmental reports)
  • Document processes and workflows

 

Qualifications:

  • Basic Excel skills (formulas, data organization)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university.
  • Able to work in our Morristown office 3 days per week


Preferred Skills:

  • Interest in corporate finance or FP&A
  • Exposure to Excel functions or data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills
