About the Role

Are you our next Student Assistant?

We are looking for 2 structured and proactive students to support our Learning area with migrating and developing global and function specific learning content from one platform to another. 

In this role, you will play an important part in helping us improve the learning experience for Hempel employees. You will work with existing learning materials and support the process of simplifying, restructuring, and rebuilding courses so they are to-the-point, engaging, and easy for employees to use. 

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with digital learning, content development, and collaborating with stakeholders across a global organization. You will work closely with course owners to ensure content is structured effectively and aligned with the needs of different target groups. 

The position is fixed term for 3 months, ideally starting mid-April. 

What will you be working on?

In this role, you will support the team with a variety of tasks related to learning content and digital collaboration tools. 

  • Support the migration of learning content from the current platform to a new learning authoring tool 

  • Collaborate with course owners to review and simplify existing learning materials, and challenge and guide them on aspects such as target audience, format, and structure to improve the clarity and effectiveness of learning content 

  • Build and structure e-learning content using Articulate 

  • Ensure courses follow basic learning design principles and best practices  

  • Test courses before launch to ensure functionality, accuracy, and a good learner experience 

  • Identify and report issues or improvement opportunities in the content 

  • Support general administrative tasks related to learning content development 

What do we look for in you? 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., within HR, Business Administration, Communication, Learning, Digital Media, or similar) 

  • Structured and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership 

  • Comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders 

  • Curious about digital tools and systems 

  • Interested in digital learning, learning design, or Learning & Development 

Who will you be working with?

You will join the People Processes & Technology team, consisting of 14 colleagues located across Denmark, Poland, England, and India. The team focuses on driving efficiency in People & Culture processes, supporting our HCM system Workday, and enabling people analytics.
