Role overview:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Austria. In this role, you will coordinate early talent initiatives, support the Employer Branding Partner, and launch a sustainable talent program. This is a temporary part-time position (less than 50%) designed for a student in HR or a related field.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Key responsibilities:
• Take accountability for early talent initiatives, fostering relationships with students in Austria.
• Support our Employer Branding Partner with key events and Early Talent initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders such as Marketing & Communications and HR.
• Align and implement a Sustainable Talent Program or similar mentoring initiative tailored to Austria.
• Support with job fairs, manage giveaway inventory, and coordinate tracking for these.

What it takes to Run what runs the world:
• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or a related field in the final stages.
• Prior experience and interest in working with young talents and student events.
• Understanding and creative skills for copy writing, video creation, and Social Media engagement.
• Strong business understanding ability to navigate a complex organizational setup within Austria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust in both English and German
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to support projects, documentation, and change man-agement.
The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement in Austria, is 2,922.16 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2025.
