Dyson, filiale française d’un groupe de biens d’équipement, positionnée haut de gamme et reconnue mondialement pour sa technologie et son design, recherche des stagiaires et/ou alternants au sein de ses équipes Marketing et Retail.

Missions:

Au sein du Service Marketing, vous êtes en charge de supporter les équipes produits afin d’animer et de mettre en en place la stratégie marketing de la société sur le marché français.

Vous serez particulièrement en charge de :

Marketing Produit : stage de 6 mois ou alternance d’1 an

  • 1 marketing Home

  • Exécuter des plans marketing et des initiatives de mise sur le marché (GTM) pour les catégories afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes, d’augmenter la part de marché et de renforcer l’image de marque.
  • Garantir la bonne exécution du plan de lancement 360°, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes (CRM, Média, Digital, Retail, Affiliations, RP, Influence, Force de vente terrain, etc.).
  • Travailler en coopération étroite avec les équipes internationales afin d’adapter les contenus marketing au mieux pour le marché : gestion des briefs créatifs pour l’adaptation des contenus, en veillant au respect des guidelines, aux traductions et aux fiches techniques produits.
  • Gérer la collaboration avec les agences externes pour assurer une exécution irréprochable (développement de contenus, partenaires médias, agences de merchandising ou d’activations).
  • Mettre en place un suivi régulier de l’expérience client Dyson sur l’ensemble des points de contact (on & offline, dans les médias ou en retail…) afin de garantir la cohérence de l’image de marque
  • Mesurer la performance : définir et suivre les indicateurs clés (KPIs) afin d’évaluer l’efficacité et le ROI des actions marketing.

Assurer une veille du marché et analyser la concurrence : suivre les tendances du marché et identifier les potentielles menaces concurrentielles dans les médias, en retail ou sur le plan produit.
