What you’ll achieve

As a Supply Chain Global Exceptions Management Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team with a vital role working with internal stakeholders to provide customers with exceptional fulfillment and delivery experience of critical orders.  

You will:

• Be responsible for empowering best experiences of escalated orders, constrained orders, and orders with budgetary requirements.
• Support driving business growth and delighting our customers by supporting their needs with precision, attention to detail, and consistent clear communication.
• Support data tracking and developing and maintaining metrics to track and improve our performance.

Essential Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both peers and stakeholders
• Remain organized while showing the ability to prioritize and balance tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a dynamic environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances. With strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a global team, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and while building trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
• Active student status is required - ideally in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, as this role is well‑suited for individuals nearing graduation
• Good verbal and written English skills

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to create and deliver compelling, insightful, and actionable presentations to broad audiences, with a strong focus on clarity and influence when telling the story
• Ability to facilitate and lead cross functional teams with multiple stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication and collective problem solving to achieve business outcomes
• Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as PowerBi and SQL. With experience in managing and analyzing large data sets, with ability to extract insights and communicate findings effectively. Using interactive and dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations
