About the Role

Job Description

What is the opportunity

The Equity Derivatives Structuring role involves pricing exotic options and developing trade ideas while collaborating with Sales and Trading teams. Responsibilities include building tools to automate process and improve team efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Price flow and exotic options (e.g. basket options, barrier options, autocallables etc)
  • Understand the impact of different pricing models and identify new additions to make the pricing library
  • Production of trade ideas (thematic ideas, market timing ideas)
  • Analysis of product sensitivities and suitability
  • Draft trade documentations (termsheets and other marketing materials)
  • Develop tools in order to automate recurrent tasks and improves processes

What do you need to succeed?

  • Interest in structured products and derivatives in general
  • Pursuing a Masters degree in Financial Engineering / Mathematics (gap year or final year)
  • Proficiency in Python

Nice to have?

  • Previous experience in a front office role (Trading / Sales / Structuring)
  • Familiar with agent creation
