About the Role

We are a small team with a mission to help build companies that create over 1 million startup jobs, and you can help!

Role: NYC Chapter Intern
Duration: April 2026 – October 2026 (flexible). 5-10 hours/week.
Location: Remote with periodic in-person events

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability Checks: Ensure our founders are on track by performing weekly homework checks.
  • Weekly Summaries: Prepare and present weekly summaries for our Managing Directors of founder progress including strengths and weaknesses.
  • Weekly Cohort Sessions: Attend weekly cohort sessions when possible; support meeting logistics. 
  • Presentation Assistance: Aid in the preparation of pitches, demos, and other presentations.
  • Operational Duties: Assist with general day-to-day tasks and other duties as they arise to ensure smooth operations.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and organizing startup ecosystem events.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A responsible individual who can manage tasks and deliver on time.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to synthesize information.
  • No prior experience required – just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Note: This is an unpaid internship opportunity. While we value the contributions of all our team members, as a pre-seed startup accelerator, we are currently unable to provide monetary compensation. We will work with your institution to support academic credit, and there is opportunity to receive a small amount of equity in graduating startups at the end of the fall cohort.
