About the Role

Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) provides best-in-class LED lighting + technology solutions and services to a broad range of multinational retail, commercial, industrial and specialized customers. Since 2003, the company has used its total project management approach, EnergyMAXX®, to successfully implement thousands of lighting upgrade projects, saving clients across industries billions in kilowatt-hours of energy.

Internship Opportunities:

  • IT- Enterprise Applications  
    • Focuses on application systems, data and platform analytics. 
  • Marketing
  • Solutions Management 
    • Focuses on proposal development, pre-sale project support, lighting designs
  • Finance
  • Smart Building Controls
    • Focuses on Engineering, Software Development, and Analytics


All Internships will be in-office Monday-Friday, and will work regular business hours

 

Projects and responsibilities will be determined based on interest and openings, which will be provided during your interview. The summer internship will also include the following:

  • Lunch and Learn sessions
  • Lunch with a Leadership Team members
  • Assigned Mentor
  • Mid-Summer and End of Summer talent reviews
  • End of summer presentation to peers and leadership


Skills

  • Track record of success, professionalism, and hard work
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask, transition, and keep multiple projects/tasks separated and organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team


Education/Experience

  • Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in a related field
