PwC’s Risk Services practice is seeking motivated and driven interns to join our teams across various risk, governance, and technology-related service lines. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real client engagements, allowing interns to develop practical skills while supporting organisations in managing risks and building trust in an increasingly complex business environment.

Interns may be placed across one of the following areas, subject to business needs and candidate interest:

  • Data Analytics
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
  • Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
  • Financial Risk Management
  • Information Technology Risk Assurance (Digital Audit)
  • Digital Trust & Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist engagement teams in executing risk, assurance, and advisory assignments across various placements
  • Support documentation, testing, and review of business processes, controls, and systems
  • Perform data gathering, analysis, and basic reporting to support engagement objectives
  • Assist in preparing working papers, reports, and client presentations
  • Conduct research on industry practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging risk trends
  • Participate in team meetings, discussions, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and tasks as required by the engagement team

The specific responsibilities can vary based on the location, client needs, and current projects, but overall, interns in this role will gain valuable experience in the field of risk management and compliance, learn about PwC's approach to risk services, and develop skills that are applicable in many areas of business.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Minimum internship period of 10 to 12 weeks, subject to availability and business requirements
